Former Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts stars in the new campaign for Special K, Strength Is, alongside Katie Piper and Lisa Faulkner.

The campaign, which reveals words women would like to get banned from the English language, aims to give women 'strength and empowerment', and Roberts commented 'Female strength is something to be celebrated and encouraged, not diminished by labels which don't represent us for who we are. When was the last time you heard a man called bossy or feisty or attention seeking? It is up to women across the UK to help us change the conversation. And re-write the vocabulary we use for women by not letting patronising phrases define us'.
